Men’s have emotions too!

We live in a society where women are appreciated when they cry but when it comes to men they consider it as something not good or not men’s type.

They are described by us and by our society as they have no right to show their emotions or feel low sometimes,because if they express those things to someone they will consider as weak. Our society set different standards for men too which i don’t think is fine, they have been taught since childhood not to cry, not to express, to be rigid and many more things.

We need to understand this that they do have feelings too, they do have emotions, they may be feel low sometimes or feel broken. They hide everything very well because that’s what they have been told since childhood.

They do have emotions , they feel everything and are more sensitive

Our society defines them as macho, no fears , no weakness, stronger , have strong emotional competence, deals with all the house expenses and all other stuff.

But reality is they do have their own dreams, their own thoughts which we have to give respect. They have their hidden scars , they maybe dealing with depression sometimes, they may feel alone, they may have anger in them, they may wanted to cry sometimes and that’s okay.

They are the one’s who think a lot, who want someone in their life to whom they speak up everything. They do need some space sometimes . They need to be understood.

What we can do is

Let them know that its okay to be sad because before being a male you are a human and you have the right to show your emotions.

It’s always okay to share your things which are creating mess inside your head so that you may feel good.

It’s okay to feel weak sometimes no one will make fun of that.

Men’s are strong but don’t make them feel for guaranteed. Love them.

Use Fruits and Vegetables

Eating more fruit and vegetables can help significantly reduce your risk for a number of chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity and cancer. The fiber in whole produce also helps keep your microbiome (the collection of good bacteria that live in your gut) happy, which can reduce your risk for autoimmune diseases, fight off pathogens and infections and even improve your mood.

Use Whole Grains

Whole grains should always be the first ingredient, the ingredient list should be short and recognizable, and it should have minimal (if any) added sugar. When you swap out refined carbs (like white pasta, sugar, and white bread) for whole grains you’ll get more fiber, antioxidants and inflammation-fighting phytonutrients. Plus, people who eat more whole grains have an easier time losing weight and keeping it off long term.

Eat Less Meat

Eating less meat can help reduce your blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease and help keep your weight in check. Plus, eating more plants helps bump up the fiber, healthy fats and vitamins and minerals in your diet. When you do eat meat, choose options that haven’t been pumped with antibiotics and even better if they’ve lived and eaten like they would in the wild (think grass-fed beef, wild-caught salmon). Clean eating also means cutting down on processed meats like cold cuts, bacon and sausage.

Limit Added Sugar

Most people eat too many added sugars.
To clean up your diet, cut down on added sugars by limiting sweets like soda, candy and baked goods. But it’s more than just desserts—keep an eye on sugars added to healthier foods like yogurt (choose plain), tomato sauce and cereal. Look for foods without sugar as an ingredient, or make sure it’s listed towards the bottom, which means less of it is used in the food. And you don’t have to worry as much about naturally occurring sugars in fruit and dairy. They come packaged with fiber, protein or fat to help blunt the effect of sugar on insulin levels. They also deliver nutrients so you’re not just getting empty, sugary calories.

Watched Out for Processed Food

We’re not opposed to all processed foods. Technically when we chop, mix and cook at home we are processing foods. The trouble is that so much of processed food at the grocery store is processed beyond the point of recognition. Nature certainly didn’t color those chips that neon color of orange or make blue candy-colored cereal. Keep an eye out for anything with lots of sugar and refined grains, super-long ingredient lists with foods you don’t recognize and anything with partially hydrogenated oils. Clean processed foods exist like plain yogurt, cheese, whole-wheat pasta, and packaged baby spinach. And while you can make salad dressings, pasta sauce, mayo, hummus and broth at home you can also find clean versions at the store. Just read the ingredient list. Our bodies digest processed and unprocessed foods differently. In the case of white bread vs. whole wheat bread the machine has already started to process the white bread for you—stripping away the bran and germ—and leaving your body with less work to do. Limiting packaged foods can also reduce your exposure to BPA (found in some canned foods) and other chemicals found in plastics.

Keep an Eye on Sodium

Cutting back on processed foods will help you reduce your salt intake, as most packaged foods contain more sodium than homemade versions. To help minimize salt while you cook, flavor your food with herbs and spices, citrus and vinegar.

White sauce pasta recipe

Hello everyone! hope you all are good .

Today i am going to tell you about the white sauce pasta recipe.

Ingredients

1- 2 cups pasta fettuccine

2- 5 tablespoon cream

3- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

4- 1 tablespoon olive oil

5- 1 tablespoon capsicum yellow

6- 1 tablespoon capsicum red

7- 1 tablespoon broccoli

8- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

9- salt according to your taste

10- 1/2 black pepper crushed

How to make white sauce pasta

  1. .Boil the pasta as per the instructions printed on the packet. Then strain pasta and let it cool.
  2. .Heat a pan and pour olive oil on it till it’s slightly warm. Add chopped garlic and vegetables and saute for a minute.
  3. Add fresh cream, salt and pepper and then toss in the fettuccine pasta. Cook for about two minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  5. Tip:.You can use cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan cheese.

STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Criticizing yourself with negative thoughts and worrying about what other people think about your views and opinions shatters your confidence and you don’t feel good about yourself, so you hold back. By doing this you will only achieve one thing and it keeps you right where you are in life, missing opportunities and wondering what if……

Allowing negative thoughts to chip away at your confidence bit by bit does more harm to your self-belief than anything said by other people.

You don’t need to do that . You have your own life and your own rules. And you know what? Those negative thoughts are just lies.

So, it’s time to change the narrative and you are the only one who can do that.

So, what you have to do is start believing in yourself. Nothing is impossible in this world. You may not always fit in but you are unique and interesting and you have nothing to be ashamed of.

Stop lying to yourself

Worrying is a form of lying to yourself. Stop lying that you are okay when you are not. Stop degrading yourself just because of others. Stop trying to convince everyone that you are right.Realize that the fun is in the efforts. Take chances in your life . Everyone get’s scared sometimes and it’s not a bad thing but never stop doing the things which you really wanted to do just because other people think you can’t do that. Believe in yourself first.

Look the other way

Believe that your confidence is not dependent upon other people, things or possession. It depends only on your thoughts and how you entertain those thoughts.

When negative thoughts comes to your mind just relax it’s normal . You may not eliminate them from your life but you can learn to ignore them so they won’t effect your life in a bad manner anymore.

Start your day with a positive affirmation

Switch all your negative thoughts with positivity. There’s nothing wrong with choosing to have a positive thought. Just know that the negative thought that comes in your mind doesn’t matter in the first place. Start your day with positive thoughts. Look at the bright side of your life. Focus on good things , however small. Find humor in bad situations. Turn your failures into lessons. Transform negative self-talk with positive self-talk. Realize that you have that capability to do things and you are the only one who can do that.

Believe in yourself

Don’t wait for somebody to give you a magic cure for negative thinking . Because you don’t need one. You’re the one that gives airtime to the lies, only you can change that .

The key is to be true to yourself, to be true to the very best that is in you, and to live your life consistent with your highest values and aspirations. This is the only way to truly learn how to believe in yourself.

By believing in yourself you will find the courage to take immediate actions on your goals. And this as you may know is the key to success.

I encourage you to never compromise your integrity by trying to be or say or feel something that is not true for you.

And more importantly never compromise your potential to grow due to self-limiting doubts. Instead embrace your confidence and believe in yourself.

Be a good person through your actions

Your actions on the outside will ultimately be a reflection of your innermost values, beliefs and expectations. That’s why what you achieve in your life will be determined more than what is going on inside of u than any other factor

Stay positive and spread positive vibes . Remove all the negativity around you even if you feel stressed or more negative in your friends company then don’t hesitate to make yourself distant from that person.

Do good deeds. Spread happiness. As you all know that:

” Actions speak louder than words”.

Convince them with your actions.

So stop thinking about others. Have faith in yourself and trust yourself first.

By doing this you will eradicate all those negative thoughts from your life and start believing in yourself.

Stay positive and enjoy every small moment of your life. You are the writer of your own story don’t allow someone else to be the writer of your story.

Stop being judgmental about everything and stop criticizing others. Just look at the bright side of your life and be the light for someone.

Negative thoughts only destroy you. They make you feel stressed and depressed at the same time.

Set things free and avoid over analyzing everything. Don’t rush your mind with all that bad stuff. Live your life according to your rules and set priorities.

Start believing yourself and worst will become your best.
